1. Scope and Interpretation

The Krclub Sports Betting Rules apply to all bets offered through Krclub’s sportsbook services and form part of the entire agreement together with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Terms not separately defined in these Rules shall be interpreted according to their ordinary meaning.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

Users must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted in their country of residence and must be at least 18 years old. Krclub may carry out identity verification and anti-money laundering procedures and may request additional information where necessary. Account security is the responsibility of the user, and Krclub shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user’s own negligence.

3. Betting Limits and Currency

The minimum stake is 1 unit of the base currency and may vary depending on the specific market or regulatory requirements. Maximum limits apply differently by sport, each market, and applicable rules, and are displayed on the bet submission screen. The base currency set for the account will be reflected in the display and settlement of the relevant bet.

4. Types of Bets

• Single Bet: A bet placed on a specific outcome in one event.
• General Rules for Multiple Bets: Multiple bets combining different selections within the same event are generally not permitted. However, an exception may apply where the Bet Builder feature is enabled.
• Bet Builder: A feature allowing the user to combine multiple selections into a single multiple bet, to which additional requirements may apply under the rules.

5. Bet Settlement and Result Confirmation

Bet results are settled based on the official announcement for the relevant event. If an official result is not available or is unreliable, Krclub may determine the outcome based on its internal records or fair third-party sources. In the case of live betting, settlement is made according to the real-time course of the event, and Krclub shall not be liable for discrepancies caused by delays or errors in data.

6. Resettlement and Error Handling

If an unreasonable bet is identified due to technical issues in the system, data entry errors, pricing errors, or similar circumstances, Krclub reserves the right to amend, resettle, or void the relevant bet. Such adjustments may be made without prior notice and may affect the customer’s account balance. If a bet is found to have been accepted as a result of an operational mistake, that bet may be voided.

7. Cash Out

Customers may use the Cash Out option to recover the value of an unsettled bet in cash. The Cash Out amount is determined based on the current status of the bet, the remaining probability of success, and Krclub’s calculation, and is confirmed subject to satisfaction of the transaction conditions.

8. Live Betting Rules

In live betting, prices fluctuate according to the in-play data feed. Krclub may temporarily cancel or amend bets where there is a delay or error in data supply. Live bets take effect from the start of the event, and bets placed while the event is suspended or in an interrupted state will be handled in accordance with the rules.

9. Cancellation, Postponement, and Changes to Events

If an event is canceled or postponed, the relevant bets will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules. If the event is not completed within 12 hours from its originally scheduled start time, or if a material change occurs such as a change in player matchup, the relevant bets may be void. A change of venue or opponent may also constitute grounds for voiding.

10. Dead Heat Rule

Where two or more participants are confirmed as joint winners, winnings will be divided in proportion to the number of joint winners. The specific calculation will be applied in accordance with the betting terms, and Krclub may carry out a fair resettlement where necessary. The same principle applies to multiple-win conditions where a Dead Heat occurs.

11. Data Reliability and Score Center

Score displays are provided for informational purposes only, and the final determination is based on official announcements. Krclub strives to ensure the accuracy of data supply; however, discrepancies may occur due to delays or errors in information from external sources.

12. Responsible Gambling and Personal Data Protection

Krclub implements a responsible gambling policy and provides management tools such as budget limits and loss limits. Protection of user information is treated as a top priority, and data is processed only to the minimum extent necessary for the relevant purposes.

13. Amendments to the Rules and Notice

Krclub may amend these Rules without prior notice where necessary, and material changes will be notified by appropriate means. The amended Rules will apply from the time they are announced.
